At YellowSun, we want you to enjoy your order with confidence.
• Coffee & Perishable Items
Because our coffee and specialty products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once shipped. If there’s an issue with quality or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
• Merchandise & Equipment
Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
