Grown across the highlands of Huila at 1,400–2,000 MASL, this decaffeinated lot brings together Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties known for balance and clarity. Using the natural Sugarcane EA process, the coffee is gently washed and decaffeinated at origin, preserving sweetness and character.

The cup shows mellow fruit, graham flavors, mild tart acidity, and soft sweetness.

Carefully roasted in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this coffee reflects both origin and craft.
