From the historic highlands of Yemen’s Sumarah region, where terraced farms rise above 2,200 MASL, comes a coffee rooted in centuries of tradition. This Typica variety is carefully dried using the natural process, producing a cup of remarkable depth and clarity.

The profile opens with aromas of jasmine, leading into grape and black tea, delicate and refined. A cup that reflects the elegant structure Yemen’s mountains are known for.
