Ethiopia Idido
From the highlands of Yirgacheffe, this washed lot is sourced from nearly 1,200 smallholder farmers across the villages surrounding Idido. Part of the Malebo Project, the coffee was carefully washed, hand-sorted throughout an 18-day drying period, and rested before milling.
Grown at 1,850–1,880 MASL, this heirloom Ethiopian selection reveals notes of fresh plum, panela, burnt sugar, and fresh lime. The cup is clean, bright, sweet, and sparkling.
Carefully roasted in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this coffee reflects both origin and craft.
