From the hills of Sabanilla de Alajuela, Oscar and Francisca Chacón lead one of Costa Rica’s pioneering micromills. Third-generation producers, they were among the first in the country to develop Honey and Natural processing, known for innovation and expressive flavor.

At 1,400–1,600 MASL, this Black Honey Sarchimor lot shows deep sweetness and layered character.
The cup reveals notes of Kahlua, cooked citrus zest, tart acidity, and fruit-like sweetness.

Carefully roasted in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this coffee reflects both origin and craft.
