Wadi Al-Ma’a – Yemen (Anaerobic Natural)
In the mountains of Yemen, smallholder farmers nurture this rare coffee, continuing a legacy rooted in centuries of tradition. Cherries are selectively harvested and undergo an anaerobic natural process a slow fermentation in sealed tanks that enhances both complexity and depth.
The result is a clean yet layered cup, with caramel sweetness, raspberry brightness,and notes of dried plum and raisin.
